How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is on its way to being ready for delivery. Because these products are meant for personal use there will be no returns or refunds. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Mountain Mends and we would be happy to assist you.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
Because we offer a variety of different health care products we recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to use. 

Do you test your products on animals?
Heck no, we love animals and would never consider this an option!

If you are a clinic, spa or just a really cool small business we would love to hear from you. Shipping:
Please note that all orders take 24-48 hours to process. There will be a flat shipping rate of $12 within Canada. Shipping will be 5-7 business days and does not include Saturdays, Sunday’s or holidays. If you are wanting a product sooner please feel free to check out our retail locations or send us an email!
